Faelon Partners, Ltd represented a major shareholder who desired to sell his interest in this multi-generational family business in order to retire.  We helped him navigate the complicated deal which involved real estate, non-traditional assets, ongoing business, inventory, work in process and the difficulties presented in placing a fair market value on this closely held business.  Both the company and the departing shareholder were interested in determining a fair value to be paid and ensuring the business would prosper going forward.
