Mr. Lyons has more than 30 years of business experience. His hands-on operational background covers banking, manufacturing, distribution and real estate development and management. He also served as the business manager of a major Twin Cities law firm. During his tenure as Vice President of a local investment group, Mr. Lyons analyzed the financial position of hundreds of companies for possible acquisition.
Mr. Lyons is a featured speaker on the topics of developing exit strategies for business owners, and selling and acquiring businesses. He is the author of the acclaimed book, EXIT $TRATEGY: Maximizing The Value Of Your Business.
He is a guest lecturer to MBA programs and continuing business education courses. He writes contributing articles for business publications, and regularly provides an "expert opinion" for the Star Tribune business page.
