Norm Rippentrop —Principal

Norm Rippentrop developed his extensive knowledge of business operations, management and finance through his 20 years in banking.  During his tenure with a multi-bank holding company he served as the President and Chairman of the Board of five of the banks.

He joined Faelon Business Brokers, Inc in 1989 and since has used his experience to help owner’s structure their businesses in ways that maximize value and attract the most qualified buyers. An expert at negotiating large complex deals, Mr.Rippentrop has closed scores of successful transactions, receiving top-dollar offers for his business owner clients.

The majority of the sales that he has completed have been in manufacturing, distribution and service companies of all types throughout the Midwest.
