Nina Stillman,
One of only a few female business brokers in Minnesota, Mrs. Stillman expertly guides her business owner clients through the complicated process of exiting their businesses, and helps them execute strategies that can maximize the value and minimize the tax ramifications of the sale. With 15 years experience practicing business transactional and estate planning law, Mrs. Stillman works with business owners who are in need of advice on the growth and success of their venture, as well as with owners in need of solutions for exit planning and asset transfer to successive generations while maintaining an affluent lifestyle. Her objective is to simplify the process of preparing and selling a business and providing peace of mind to her clients at the same time.
Prior to joining Faelon, Mrs. Stillman practiced law at a Twin Cities’ law firm, and at her own law firm. She also was a financial advisor with a national financial services firm.
Mrs. Stillman earned her law degree at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is an active member of the local Jewish community and serves as the president of the Sabes Jewish Community Center and on committees of several other organizations.
