Mike Hart,

Mr. Hart brings a broad background in business banking to Faelon clients. He has been extensively involved in business lending, working with business owners to secure the capital they need to grow their companies. In addition, Mr. Hart formed a Twin Cities-based independent mortgage company. Currently, he sits on the board of directors of Paragon Bank in Wells and Shakopee, Minnesota.

Mr. Hart holds a MBA. He has volunteered at the Minnesota Humanities Commission, the Shakopee Rotary Club, and other community organizations.
